Mobilnost i obrazovanje za održivi razvoj

Participants: The conference was attended by 30 participants from different countries such as: France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, La Reunion, Canada, Tunisia, Morocco, Serbia, Ukraine and Algeria.

Main objective:

Presentation of pedagogical tools on the topic: Mobility and Education for sustainable development build and promote the commitment of young people.

Project description:

This event is part of an international approach to sharing educational tools within the framework of the European strategy for the development of tools in several languages and a portal multilingual educational, developed by the SALTO EuroMed Resource Center

During this event, we had the opportunity to hear different speakers and participate in five workshops where different pedagogical tools related to sustainable development were presented. We had the opportunity to consult the description of each tool directly from the program and get a global vision of the presented workshops.

On the first day, as part of the workshop, we visited the association Colineo. For more than 40 years, Colineo has set itself the goals of action in favor of biodiversity for protection, education and protection of environment.

Also, during this event, a forum was organized which was an opportunity to exchange a wider range of tools, publications and ideas. Each participant could visit other stands at the same time and learn about the mission and activities of other organizations present at the forum. On the occasion of TF France 2022, the forum was open to contributions from organizations dealing with education, as well as to all interested educators and youth workers. Also, during this event, a forum was organized which was an opportunity to exchange a wide range of tools, publications and ideas. Since Sustainable Development knows no borders and cooperation between different countries and cultures is necessary for its improvement, during the workshop we had the opportunity to present our tool, called An intercultural approach to sustainable development. This tool helps participants differentiate between cultures on several dimensions. In this way, participants can see areas where certain cultures differ or overlap. This tool is mainly intended for young people at the beginning of their careers, but also for educators who work with young people and who are in contact with different cultures. The main goal is for young people to learn to understand and overcome intercultural disagreements.
