Our Mission
Our mission is to increase intercultural competence, especially among young people, through education and implementation of various programs, to promote peace, respect for human rights and democratic freedom. In this way, intolerance in the region would be reduced, and thus the business climate would be improved. We believe that changing the consciousness of young people and overcoming cultural barriers and stereotypes would make the country a more beautiful place to live. This means:
- to enable everyone to develop as a socially responsible and educational being;
- to combat all forms of discrimination, racism, xenophobia and intolerance, and encourage the development of democracy, protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms;
- encouraging intercultural competence and ethnorelativism among young people;
- change the consciousness and attitudes of our citizens in order to make positive changes in society.
Our vision
A responsible and interculturally competent society in which discrimination, racism, xenophobia and intolerance are suppressed and human rights and democratic freedoms are respected.
