Danijel Živković, PhD
He completed his studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad in 2003 and he has two Masters degree. He obtained his MBA degree at the Francophone Institute IFAG (ESFAM), University of Nantes, in Management in 2005, and his second Master's degree at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade in 2010. He did his doctoral studies in commentary between Artois University, France and the University of Belgrade. He defended his doctoral dissertation before an international commission at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade in 2016. He has work experience since 2003 and he has international experience in business and negotiations in Algeria and Greece. Since 2009, he has been working as a professor of business French at the Faculty of Law and Business Studies - FLV, and his areas of interest are intercultural education and communication. So far, he has published several professional papers in international journals. He is one of the founders of the association IKU, where he performs the function of Program manager and he is the editor of the portal www.ikunews.com. He organized numerous workshops, forums, conferences and was a project manager on several projects. He is fluent in French and speaks English, Russian and Italian.
Žana Živković
She completed her studies at the Academy of Economic Studies - ASEM in Chisinau in 2003. She obtained her MBA degree in Management at the Francophone Institute IFAG (ESFAM), University of Nantes in 2005. She has worked in several international companies since 2003 and gained work experience in international business, sales and negotiations. She is one of the founders of the association IKU and she is in charge of finances. She is fluent in Russian, French, English and Romanian.
Nataša Gavrilović
She completed her studies in biology and ecology at the Faculty of Science, Nis in 2012. She obtained a Master's degree in ecology and environmental protection in 2015. She has worked on plantations and as a professor of biology. In her work so far, she has shown interest in protecting the environment, protecting water, preserving the medicinal plants on the montain Stara Planina and preserving nature. She is one of the founders of the association IKU and she is in charge of all activities related to ecology and environmental protection. He speaks English and French.
Ivana Božić Miljković, PhD
She completed her studies at the Faculty of Economics in Nis and she received her master's degree in 2003 at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. She defended her doctoral dissertation entitled "The Impact of Globalization and Regionalization on the Foreign Trade of the Balkan Countries" in 2010. She has work experience since 2000, she worked in the banking sector, and then at the faculty she taught: Fundamentals of Economics, International Economic Relations, Trade and International Business Finance, Banking, Management and Tourism Economics. Also, she has international engagement and experience, she is a member of professional and scientific associations, she has participated in the organization of numerous forums, guest lectures and international conferences. He is the author of over seventy professional papers published in foreign journals. Within association IKU, she works as a project coordinator and she in charge of quality management. She is fluent in English and speaks French.
Kristina Radenković
She completed her studies in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Nis in 2014, and obtained her Master's degree in psychology in 2017. As a psychologist, she worked at the Center for the Development of Child Therapy of the Medical Center Nis and organized various creative workshops. She helps young people cope with conflict and demotivation. She has extensive experience in working with young people and resolving crisis situations. In addition, she participated in various projects and volunteered at international conferences on applied psychology. In the association IKU, she is in charge of motivating young people, emotional support, help in overcoming difficulties and resolving crisis situations. She speaks English.
Saša Petrović
He completed his studies in International Management at the Faculty of Economics in Nis. He has extensive experience in working with NGOs, he was an associate and consultant in the Roma NGO that deals with additional education of young Roma and their inclusion in modern society. He was engaged in entrepreneurship and worked in the positions of consultant, commercialist and sales manager. He participated in the development of "business plans" as a team and assisted in the development of projects according to the FRAMEWORK MATRIX method. He has numerous certificates and letters of thanks for participating in various conferences, including: Certificate of the Austrian TRENKWALDER Academy in the field of BENEFITS OF SALES, participation in the conference "HR-secrets of management of successful companies", Certificate "SWOT Learning and Consulting" Application of marketing tools for small and medium enterprises - Marketing manager for small and medium enterprises. He attended training in the field of public policies of the European Union, organized by DEPOCEI. He speaks English fluently and speaks Bulgarian very well.
Oana Pastae, PhD
She completed her studies in Bucharest in 2001. She completed her master's studies in 2005 in Craiova, Romania, and in 2011 her doctoral studies with a grade of Cum Laudae. She has work experience since 2001, she has international engagement and experience, she is a member of professional and scientific associations and she has participated in the organization of numerous forums, guest lectures and international conferences. She also has extensive experience in the NGO sector since 2003, including the Erasmus + program. She was the coordinator of international youth exchange in Ankara, in 2005 and 2015 Youth Pass, Hope for Children, in Hungary. She is fluent in English and French.
